What to expect at your first visit
Your first appointment is about more than just your teeth, it’s about getting to know you. We’ll listen, learn about your health history, and go at your pace. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation that helps us tailor care to fit you.
To make things smooth, please come a few minutes early and bring:
- Your insurance card/booklet
- A list of medications, allergies, or medical conditions
- Your primary care doctor’s name and number

After a full exam, we’ll explain our findings and walk you through a care plan that fits your schedule, preferences, and comfort level. No pressure, no surprises—just clarity and confidence.
Payment made easy
We accept most traditional insurance plans and can help with reimbursement paperwork. Payment is due at the time of service, and we offer flexible plans if needed. Our Financial Coordinator is here to help—just ask! (We also take cash, check, and credit card.)
